Cheddar Cheese Sauce:
Ingredients:
1qt Béchamel Sauce
8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ tsp Dry Mustard
2tsp Worcestershire Sauce.
Method:
Bring Béchamel Sauce to a simmer and add shredded cheddar cheese mixing until well incorporated, add the dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Remove from heat.
